NPHC Appointment - Davis

I received a call from International Headquarters requesting that I provide them with the contact information of the Southwestern Province’s National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) representative.  I knew we didn’t have one already appointed, but I was reminded of a discussion I had previously with a brother while on a site visit for the 39th C. Rodger Wilson Leadership & Training Council.

Remembering the Legacy

Monday, January 16th marks the annual observance of the great life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. A driving force behind the American Civil Rights Movement in the 1950’s and 1960’s, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated celebrates Dr. King’s life and dream of advancing equality, opportunity and social justice with great respect, honor, and commitment.

New Year's Eve 2017

A new year always holds great promise when we consider it a new beginning. It is generally a time to re-create one’s self and to become a better person. 2016 was a time of great change and progress for the Southwestern Province. There’s no doubt that 2017 will present more opportunities to achieve as we prepare for the 81st Province Council and the 83rd Grand Chapter Meeting.

We have endured under the watchful spirit of God Almighty as the year 2016 comes to an end.  During this holiday season, our attention turns to the eternal source of joy and hope, born in a humble manger, on a holy night, more than two millennia ago.
